As part of our participation in the real estate sector in Mexico, we actively advise developers, builders, lessors, operators, investors, banks and capital funds, in all stages of their real estate projects and operations, providing timely and efficient advice in the structuring and monitoring of such projects, ensuring compliance with the regulatory aspects of urban development, including the management, obtaining and regularization of the applicable permits granted by the different levels of government.
Hand in hand with our clients, and through innovative solutions, we actively participate in the preparation, negotiation and formalization of purchase and sale agreements of all types of goods and real estate, guarantee contracts and structures, real estate trusts, condominium regimes, as well as machinery and real estate leasing contracts, build-to-suit, contracts, construction contracts including lump sum construction contracts, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts, as well as in all types of contracts and agreements for real estate projects in the industrial, commercial and residential sub-sectors.
Through our offer as a full service firm, we advise our clients in the performance of risk audits and labor contingencies in construction, obtaining and formalizing financing and restructuring for real estate projects, in the development of strategies for a better regulatory, tax and administrative compliance of projects, negotiations and agreements with communal lands (ejidos), communities and settlers, negotiations and procedures for obtaining rights of way, rights in rem, usufruct, obtaining water and mining concessions, among others.
Additionally, our litigation practice has extensive experience in representing all types of clients in judicial proceedings initiated for the enforcement or termination of all types of contracts, including lawsuits related to real estate leases, acquisition by prescription litigation, survey and demarcation, mortgages, among others.
