Ricardo Martínez Leal has been a member of Santos Elizondo since 2005. He specializes in Amparo, Civil and Commercial Litigation.
In 2005, Ricardo Martínez obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Monterrey School of Law, from which he received the recognition of Excellence in the Final Evaluation Program. In 2008, he obtained a Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
He worked as a professor at the School of Law and Criminology of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 2008 to 2010, teaching courses on Assets and Successions, Obligations and Banking and Securities Law. He worked as Meritorio in the Sixth Civil Court from 2001 to 2003, as a practicing attorney in the law firm Vela Theriot and as legal advisor to the councilmen of the National Action Party of the City Council of Guadalupe in Nuevo Leon in 2010.
He has been an associate of Fundación Legal Mexicana, A.C. since 2006.
