Mr. Oswaldo has been a member of Santos Elizondo since 2008. He specializes in amparo, civil, commercial and family litigation.

Mr. Sosa has served as Court and Chamber Clerk at the Superior Court of Justice of the Judicial Branch of the State of Nuevo Leon.

From 2002-2008 he served as Clerk and Court Clerk of the Federal Judicial Branch, with residence in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
