Nayeli Salinas Montelongo has been a member of Santos Elizondo since 2016 and specializes in labor consulting and labor litigation.

Nayeli has experience representing national and international companies in individual labor lawsuits, labor consulting services, individual labor terminations and the preparation of the respective documents, preparation of death investigation proceedings in the case of deceased workers, labor audits and conciliatory appointments.

In 2018, she obtained her law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey.
