Evelyn D. Monreal Pitones has been a member of Santos Elizondo since 2020, and specializes in labor, migration and industrial property law.
Her practice has focused mainly on negotiation of terminations of individual work relationships, such as the formulation of reference documents, labor consultancy, analysis and evaluations of the mandatory nature of reforms to the Federal Labor Law; attention to conciliatory appointments, preparation of investigation procedures for deceased employees and drafting of contracts.
Evelyn also specializes in managing and obtaining immigration documents, such as resident visas for foreign employees and employer certificates for companies. Likewise, she has represented clients in trademark and patent rights transfer transactions, registrations, and consultancy regarding Industrial Property.
She graduated with a 100% academic scholarship from the Universidad de Monterrey and is the founder of the civil educational organization “Dar Sin Esperar, A.C.”, this experience has allowed her to be part of the coordination of the Pro-Bono committee of the firm.
