Alejandro has been a member of Santos Elizondo since 2018. His practice focuses on commercial and business law, corporate and financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, real estate and corporate restructures.
In mergers and acquisitions Alejandro has represented buyers and sellers in transactions of a variety of industries, including food and beverage, telecommunications, services, retail and cold storage warehouse.
Alejandro has advised a variety of foreign companies from North America, Latin America, and Asia.
Additionally, during 2022-2023 Alex worked as an International Lawyer in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLP, where he focused primarily in Latin America practice, including cross-border transactions, corporate and financial transactions, capital markets and bank finance.
