Ramiro Villarreal de la Garza has been a member of Santos Elizondo since 2012 and specializes in the areas of Transactional, Corporate and Real Estate Law.

Ramiro has advised both national and foreign clients in various commercial transactions and real estate projects, as well as in their internal organization and corporate regime. In turn, he has represented multinational companies in their government relations in Mexico. He has also provided advice in the public sector to entities such as the Municipal Government of Monterrey, the Government of the State of Nuevo León, Deputies of the Congress of Nuevo León and a Representative of Texas in the Federal Congress of the United States of America, among others. .

He has headed the Real Estate Law Commission of the Mexican Bar Association, A.C. and was a professor at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León from 2015 to 2019, where he has taught classes on "Deeds and Credit Operations", "Commercial Companies", "Civil Contracts" and "Amparo Trial". He is currently a professor at the University of Monterrey where he teaches the class of "Commercial Contracts and Operations".

In 2011, Ramiro graduated with honors from the University of Monterrey with a Law Degree and in 2016 completed a Master of International Law (LL.M.) at Georgetown University (Washington, D.C.), where he received an academic merit scholarship.
